Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship our products to customers all around the world.

Where do you ship from?

We ship most orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, we’re usually unable to modify or cancel your order, but you can still return it for a full refund once it arrives (see our returns section below).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, including:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • American Express (AMEX)

  • PayPal

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse.

  • We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the order date.

  • Your package will be shipped out on the next business day after processing.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (holidays, promotions, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping, orders usually take around 2 - 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
Just contact us at info@prepnesthome.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable for duties and taxes once your order arrives in your country.

Any import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. These charges are not covered by Prep Nest Home.

We are also not responsible for any delays caused by your country’s customs department. For more details about potential charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at info@prepnesthome.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll guide you through the return process.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@prepnesthome.com

Include the following so we can help quickly:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and the issue

  • Any other relevant details

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation.

  • Processing time for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you haven’t seen your refund after this time:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
